How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, though we can often accommodate last-minute requests. For peak summer and Christmas market season, earlier is always better.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. Your chauffeur will wait at no extra charge for delays up to 60 minutes; beyond that, a small waiting-time fee may apply.
Can I book transfers for the whole group?
Absolutely. We cater for solo travellers, couples, and groups of up to 16 passengers in a single vehicle. Larger groups can be accommodated with multiple vehicles.
